How to Tell Us About a Problem

Last updated: October 2026

Greatlystats Tree Service wants homeowners to receive fair and honest treatment when contacting the service. Please tell us when something goes wrong. This page explains how to submit a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Bring to Us

You may raise concerns about:

  • Your experience contacting Greatlystats Tree Service by phone or another method
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website information that seems confusing or incorrect
  • The behavior of a provider connected through this service

Problems With a Provider's Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem involving work at your property, it usually makes sense to start with the provider. Keep a written record, like a project notebook that preserves what was discussed.

Please also share the concern with us. Provider feedback helps support honesty within the network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Greatlystats Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters for a provider.

Details to Send

Submit your complaint to contact@greatlystats.skin. Please include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • Which phone number or form you used, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if known
  • What happened and what action you would like us to take

How We Review a Complaint

We will send an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider during that review. Our reply will explain the findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response does not address your concern, reply and request another look. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns involving licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also offer help.
